Shipping and Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout, but please note that unforeseen delays may occur. JARVA, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
