"This sounds awesome!! I love cold brew but absolutely hate the whole messy process and the time involved with filtering out the fines that make it through my immersion filters. I actually have multiple setups (Takeya, County Line Kitchen, Kitchen Aid) but all have serious deficiencies that have led me to not currently use any of them. I really like that your design allows complete immersion of the grounds which will allow for a much better extraction and I also appreciate that it allows doubling up on the filters which is important to me."
