We found that some units shipped with a gasket on the cone filter that may not fit properly out of the box. As a small business, we weren’t able to correct every affected unit before it shipped, so we’ve included a black replacement gasket with your order.
Before your first brew:
- Remove the original gasket from the cone filter
- Replace it with the black gasket included in your envelope.
This takes less than 30 seconds and will ensure everything works as intended.
