Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $50. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Mason jars cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska due to carrier restrictions.

We expect to offer international shipping in the future. When we do, customers outside the United States will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by their country.

Shipping Delays

We process orders as quickly as possible, but delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or holidays are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email hello@jarva.co and we'll look into it.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@jarva.co within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
