Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $75. Please note that this offer excludes shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, please allow up to 2-5 days for your JARVA Cold Brew System to arrive in US.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Broken Items
If a jar or any item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the broken item within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] or contact us through our Contact Page. We will promptly arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returns, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of your shipment. If 30 days have passed since your shipment, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
Non-Refundable Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are exempt from refunds.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
