JARVA uses patented low-pressure filtration to move cold brew concentrate through micro-fine steel and paper filters, fast. Steep your grounds for 12 to 24 hours in a 64 oz mason jar, then the device filters the full batch into a second jar in as little as 60 seconds. Steep your grounds loose in the jar for maximum immersion and extraction.
Most cold brew makers need a coarse grind to work. Our patented pressure-based system filters medium grind straight through paper. The paper filter takes out the fines and sediment, leaving a clean, smooth concentrate.
Depending on your recipe, one batch can make up to 17 cups of cold brew and keeps in the fridge for two weeks. Detachable stainless steel filters make for easy cleanup.
This version does not include mason jars with the shipment. JARVA works with two standard 64 oz wide-mouth mason jars, sold separately or available as a bundle. A 100 pack of natural paper filters is included.
