JARVA uses patented low-pressure filtration to move cold brew concentrate through micro-fine steel and paper filters, fast. Steep your grounds for 12 to 24 hours in a 64 oz mason jar, then the device filters the full batch into a second jar in as little as 60 seconds. Most cold brew makers need a coarse grind to work. Our patented pressure-based system filters medium grind straight through paper. The paper filter takes out the fines and sediment, leaving a clean, smooth concentrate.
